We have an immediate need for a Trucking and Fleet Coordinator who will provide administrative and fleet support to the manager. This position is in Leduc, AB

MUST HAVES: IRP, Fuel Tax, Drivers Logbooks experience - you need to know fleet coordination so trucking or transportation experience is key


Provide relief for admin staff absences

Receive and direct calls

Manage drivers logbooks and maintain excel spreadsheet

Assist with fuel and tax requirements

Generate fuel reports on a monthly basis flagging appropriate driver fuel card users & units

Maintain equipment files , Store documents electronically

Generate truck licensing unit binders according to NSC

Perform clerical duties: basic data entry, word processing, filing, photocopying and other assigned duties


Knowledge of office routines and equipment

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with tact and discretion, both orally and in writing

Must be able to work with minimal supervision

Ability to work independently with constant interruptions

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Strong Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook skills

Effective verbal and listening communications skills


$55-$60 Base wage + Benefits
