We are searching for a District Sales Manager to work along side the Regional Sales Manager in achieving the Districts sales goals. This position is located in Calgary, AB sales manager, operations manager, vice president


Responsibilities:


•Responsible to develop & maintain a motivated & competent sales team

•Lead the professional development and on-going training of District sales team

•Assist the Regional Director with the on-going planning & implementation of the District sales plan 

•Work closely with the Regional Director to set priorities and action plans in achieving the objectives set out in the District sales plan

•Responsibility for establishing sales budgets & customer prospect & sales lists for each of the sales representatives within the district

•Ensure that KPI growth targets are met

•On-going quarterly review on the progress to budget of each Field Sales Representative as a mentor and Team Leader

•Customer Relationship Management strategy with the top customers/prospects within the District

•Working closely with Branch Managers & Sales Representatives 


QUALIFICATIONS:

 

• Bachelor's Degree, focus on Sales and Marketing Management

•Successive years of B2B selling in a supervisory or management role.

*Experienced with proven ability to motivate and supervise a sales force.

* Excellent organizational and communication skills.

* Proficient Computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite

• Solid Leadership and Decision Making history in work experience
