Information is the foundation of our business, and candidates would not provide us with personal information if they did not trust us to preserve it.

At Magna Search Group we respect the privacy of our employees, our suppliers, our candidates and our clients in all aspects of our business operations. General purpose of Magna Search Group collecting personal information

As a candidate or job seeker looking to use Magna Search Group services, you are asked to provided relevant and certain pieces of information is order for us to provide you with the best opportunities and service. In addition to your resume and cover letter, we could request additional information such as: what type of work you are looking for previous and current education records, general work references and or letters, all of our interview notes and records, and any information obtained through conducting reference and background checks.

General use of information

From our candidates we gather information such as resume, cover letter and any additional information requested from our clients. We only forward their contact details if our client or candidates request. We do not sell information about our candidates to any third party organization. Access to their personal information is only accessible to our recruiting consultants and clients.

Consent

We will contain candidate consent to collect, use or disclose personal information. Consent can be given orally, in writing or electronically. We will not use or disclose the candidate’s personal information unless we get consent to do so.

I hereby release Magna Search Group, its employees, agents, divisions and suppliers, from all liability in connection with the services provided to me by Magna Search Group.

Database

The candidate’s information will be stored in Magna Search Group’s electronic database until they request to “opt out”. The candidate may update his or her information at any time. We keep the candidate’s information in our database in case a suitable opportunity opens up at a later date. If the candidate does not want us to store their information they may write to us or tell us so we can delete and terminate their information. However, Magna Search Group retains the right to keep a record of their personal information related to recruitment work that has already been completed.
