Krystal Ford McCann has over 10 years of experience working at Salesforce, Introhive, DataSift and Cvent, and at each of these organizations, Krystal has had a track record leading high visibility software implementation projects and customer success initiatives within the teams’ portfolios. The success Krystal has experienced thus far in her professional services career has been deeply rooted in fostering: Real-time management of direct reports, client projects and processes. As products and client needs evolve, Krystal believes it is imperative that services teams reflect on lessons learned through post-mortems and create a culture of learning. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of New Brunswick.
