GILMER, TX  —  Magna Search Group is excited to announce that Martyn Smith has recently been brought on as Robroy Industries’ new National Business Development Manager.

Martyn Smith has extensive experience in sales, business development, and the development of mechanical distribution channels in the construction and engineering industries. He joins Robroy from Russell Finex, where he worked for almost 9 years and is leaving his position as the National Sales Manager. Over the past decade, he has been focused on selling and leading sales teams in providing highly technical process equipment primarily to the food and beverage and pharmaceutical industries to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. Martyn’s experience with mechanical channels is primarily surrounding valves, connections, and fittings in relation to connecting multiple components within a process line. He’s been involved in many new product launches that required intensive market research to ensure that the appropriate sales strategy is implemented to reach and generate interest with a specific target market. Martyn’s educational background included a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (B.S.) and a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A) from Pfeiffer University.

Martyn’s combination of educational excellence, professional experience and knowledge in sales/business development make him an excellent addition to Robroy’s sales team. We are eager to follow his journey at Robroy and witness his success.
